RECRUITMENT

In respose to your employment order, we look for employees who will meet you expectations. We carefully prepare offer, organize meetings and interviews to verify candidates’ skills and competencies. Candidates who goes through recruitment process, are given at your disposal.
STEP I – OFFER PREPARATION

Offer preparation will take us up to two days. We only need you to answer several basic questions which will help us work out your needs.
STEP II - RECRUITMENT

Immediately after signing a contract and receiving an order we initiate recruitment proces. Employees search starts with the use of advertising and industry portals, social media, fieldwork and job fairs, as well as cooperation with jobcentres and local Voluntary Work Corps.
STEP III - REPORTS

We report results of our work in your preffered way and schedule, we are also in possesion of tools which let us improve further actions.
STEP IV – CHOICE OF CANDIDATE

We look through work applications paying special attention to your requirements, next we arrange interviews with selected candidates and verify them according to your expectations. After acceptation we eploy candidates or organize interviews at your company.
STEP V – PROCESS CLOSURE

After signing contract with the candidate recruitment process closes. We care about satisfaction of each side.
