Fast Service in figures
With our own offices and network of partners, we have access to candidates from all industries around the world. We have our own Candidate Services department. We recruit new staff and guide them through the entire induction process.
Our Legalisation Department has extensive experience in processing not only declarations but also work permits and residence cards. Before we start the legalisation process, we thoroughly check the candidate’s documents.
We have our own fleet of over 100 vehicles to provide flexible transport to and from work, and our own accommodation base with capacity for up to 4,000 people.

In the first phase we need to get to know each other. We examine your expectations, the nature of your organisation, your processes.
Then, together with the agreed terms, we draw up a contract.
The next step is to identify needs. We draw up a draft of the position, DOK procedures, training and implementation, and launch the recruitment campaign.

We have more than a dozen advanced and state-of-the-art staff sourcing sources. The recruitment process takes from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the size of the project and the profile of the desired candidate

STEP 2
Administrative and legal activities / legalisation of residence
Before starting the legalisation procedure, we thoroughly verify the documents of the candidate for work. In order to minimise employee turnover, we take care of the continuity of legal residence by systematically monitoring the expiry dates of residence documents. We function as first point of contact for all residence matters.

Period of employment max. 1 year.
Decision within 1 month
Countries: Belarus, Armenia, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia. Period of employment max. 24 months. Decision within 7 days. After 3 months, possibility to start the residence and work permit procedure.
For a period of up to 3 years, which allows you to stay and work on the territory of the Republic of Poland.

We have our own fleet of more than 100 vehicles to provide flexible transport for our employees, and we also use external partners to complete our offering.
We organise induction training, occupational health and safety for employees and provide occupational health services.
We are committed to development and regularly train new employees as forklift operators and provide language training.

The scope of HR and payroll services can be modified to take into account all contract variables, i.e. type of contract, form of payment.

Payroll
Comprehensive personnel services. We take care of preparing the documentation for ZUS and US for each employee. We prepare payrolls and organise all the formalities.
After verification of the number of hours worked with the client, we settle accounts with each employee and pay due remuneration.
