Purposes and grounds for the processing of personal data
Your personal data provided in the “Send CV” form are processed for the purpose of:
conducting the recruitment process; provision of your data is voluntary, however necessary for recruitment purposes; the processing of personal data is based on your consent, pursuant to Article 6 (1)(a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter also referred to as “GDPR”. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the recruitment process;
profiling candidate data – i.e. automatic compiling of the information provided by you and automatic adjustment of candidate’s profile to job offers in order to provide services; the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of your consent, pursuant to Article 6 (1)(a) and in connection with Article 22 (1) and (4) GDPR. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the recruitment process.
Your personal data provided via the contact form are processed for the purpose of:
presenting the offer of our services by phone or e-mail; the processing of personal data is based on your consent, pursuant to Article 6 (1)(a) GDPR. Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent.
securing Data Controller’s claims, should such claims arise, on the basis of the Data Controller’s legitimate interest in defending against claims of third parties or pursuing its claims (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Your personal data will be processed until claims, if any, are time-barred.
Your personal data may be shared with: suppliers and contractors, i.e. entities whose services we use during data processing, i.e. for example, an IT service provider, an accounting office, as well as state, supervisory or law enforcement authorities. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we do not transfer your data outside Poland, the European Union/European Economic Area.
Rights of the person whose personal data are processed
We wish to inform you that you have the following rights:
the right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data that we process (Article 15 GDPR), including obtaining information on: the purposes of processing; the categories of personal data concerned; information about the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular about recipients in third countries or international organizations; the period of personal data storage, and if it is not possible, on the criteria for determining this period; information on the right to request the controller to rectify, delete or limit the processing of your personal data and to object to such processing; information on the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority; if personal data have not been collected from you – any available information about their source; information on automated decision making, including profiling referred to in Article 22 (1) and (4) GDPR, and – at least in these cases – relevant information about the rules of making such decisions, as well as on importance and anticipated consequences of such processing for you;
the right to rectify data (Article 16 GDPR), if you find that the personal data we process are inacurate or incomplete, you have the right to supplement them or request their rectification
the right to request deletion of data (Article 17 GDPR), we inform you that in certain cases you have the right to request deletion of your personal data processed by us;
the right to demand restriction of data processing (Article 18 GDPR);
the right to transfer data (Article 20 GDPR);
the right to object to the data processing (Article 21 GDPR).
If you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
We also inform that in any case where personal data are processed based on your prior consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
